I wanted the product for my mum as a house warming gift and it was out of stock everywhere until I came across Scotts of Stow. There was a slight delay in delivery, but they let me know about this immediately and the product came exactly on the new date that they had given me. My mum was overjoyed with the product and it was exactly what she was looking for. I would definitely use their services again.
